Enjoy the holiday or weekend in this spacious and idyllic holiday home, located just 450 meters from the beachfront! Located in the authentic coastal village of Agger, you will be surrounded by the National Park Thy, offering direct access to perhaps the wildest and most unique nature of Denmark. As part of Cold Hawaii, Agger offers you the opportunity for a range of outdoor activities for all ages, such as surfing, fishing, ocean safari and hiking trips among others. The house is also near a general store, a local fishmonger, restaurants and an ice cream store.

NOTE: Electricity, water, heating, firewood, bed linen, towels and basic food items are all included in the price!

THE PROPERTY

The house has just been fully renovated, including an entirely new annexe that functions as an activity room. The ground floor welcomes you to an entrance hall, a bathroom with heated floors, a washing machine, and a drying tumbler. The kitchen is fully equipped with open access to the large living room including a sofa area with a TV, as well as a cosy area with a wood stove and a corner for the children.

The first floor includes three lovely bedrooms and features a childproof gate on the stairs. There is also a futon which quickly transformed into a double bed, as well as single mattresses.

The annexe includes a sofa area with a TV, where you can watch Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max and Amazon Prime. It also features a Nintendo with 700 integrated games, as well as the opportunity for many other activities, such as electric darts, bob, shuffleboard, foosball table, mini pool table, etc.

The house is situated on a land at the end of an enclosed road. It features a large garden, a terrace with a new gas grill and a well for keeping beers and sodas cold. Besides that, there are great parking opportunities right in front of the house.
The home is located in the central part of Agger, meaning it is within walking distance of most places. The parking and access opportunities are ideal. Besides that, there are perfect opportunities for taking your bike for shorter or longer trips in the unique nature of Thy.

Other noteworthy things

A completely child-friendly and cosy nook under the stairs, and a child safety lock at the top of the stairs. Great options for setting up a changing area for babies in the bathroom.
